We visited Wesley Chapel Toyota because we bought our Tundra from them and often use their Service Department for our Tundra and Lexus maintenance. I should mention that we have another Toyota dealer closer to us and more convenient, but it just doesn't compare to the reception and service we get at Wesley Chapel Toyota, so we travel a little further just to deal with them. We planned to purchase a new car soon and wanted to compare the Camry and Camry Hybrid to the Avalon and Avalon Hybrid. Peter took us on a test drive in both vehicles and I fell in love with the Avalon Hybrid and we asked what they could do for us in terms of pricing and trade-in. We were still not planning to buy on that day, but when Peter brought us back their quote, they gave us more than we thought we would get for our trade-in, more than we thought they would take off the sticker price, plus a great interest rate. We bought on the spot and I have been in heaven driving my new Avalon Hybrid. More

Ray was the nicest most thorough and considerate auto sales person I have dealt with. And I have had some nice ones before. The educated me about the Prius in great detail which was most appreciated. And when I told him that I didn't want more information about a certain thing stopped. You also deserve great credit for listening to me as a person and sensing that I was not interested in the bells and whistles that are built into all Prius. For me those things are not a positive as a sales consideration. None the less, after I bought it he showed me all the fun things it will do and I WILL have fun with it. Also he is supported by a helpful agency that sent Ray and Otto home with me late in the evening some distance away so that I could bring home the older car that I was keeping. The agency sent Otto in an agency car. This sort of service at 9:30 at night was certainly above and beyond what I would expect. Michael who did the financial negotiations was reasonable and no pressure. If there had been any pressure I would've been out the door and to another dealer. We had a terrific experience thanks to James Swanson who was our internet salesperson. If it were not for him we would not have purchased the Hybrid Camry XLE 2014.
