He showed us how to work the touchscreen menu and showed us features that our previous car did not have. He is very knowledgable, he answered all my questions I had about the car. This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made, and I did it from over 500 miles away. I made a phone call to discuss the vehicle I wanted and negotiate the pricing. I agreed to purchase, traded some paperwork via Fed Ex., and then 2 days later, Scott Lavancher showed up in my driveway in Tennessee with my new Avalon - at 7:30 am on Sunday morning! I tried to give him a tip when I dropped him off at the airport to catch his flight back to Tampa, and he wouldn't take it, because he was just "doing his job to make customers happy." That is legendary customer service!! It was refreshing to get to deal with a company where every employee understands the value and importance of caring about customers.
