I had a very pleasurable experience with Brianna and James from Wesley Chapel. They were nice to deal with over the phone. The dealership was over 30 minutes away so this was a big help to me and a money saver instead of paying for a cab. My time at the dealership was a little long but they were extremely busy and handled themselves very professionally. They also cater to you while you are waiting with beverages or snacks. I can see why the place was so busy and there were so many people working that day. My experience was so good that I will refer them to friends, even though they are about 460 miles away. More
My wife, Janis, and I returned to Wesley Chapel Toyota on the afternoon of January 20, 2014, to see Jack Peck about the possible purchase of a new Camry. Earlier in the day I had taken our 2009 Camry LE, w the afternoon of January 20, 2014, to see Jack Peck about the possible purchase of a new Camry. Earlier in the day I had taken our 2009 Camry LE, which had over 87,00 miles on it, in for some simple service and Jack had made an appraisal of it for possible trade in. His friendliness and open spirit in approaching me about the appraisal--and, above all, the attractive nature of the appraisal--prompted Jan and I to come back that afternoon to pursue the matter further. At that time Jack was busy with another customer, so he asked Lynne Hudson to assist us in looking at cars on the lot.. Lynne. like Jack, was fantastic. She roamed the lot to find the exact Camry we wanted: a red 2014 LE. When we prepared to take it for a test drive, Lynne explained all the features to us in clear detail, and before we drove off, we felt that we knew the vehicle as if it were already ours. Lynne never "Pushed" us in any way, but helped us through every step of the purchase process. Jack's presence throughout the experience was consistently helpful and gratifying. Both he and Lynne answered all our questions with clear and precise answers and courtesy. What we especially appreciated about both of them was that by the time we drove the car way after signing all the papers, we felt we had two new friends in Jack and Lynne. We felt the same about Bobby Wilcox, with whom we talked about adding additional features to the exterior of the car. That's why we look forward to seeing him when we have them added this week. I cannot say enough about the customer service experience I just had at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I left the dealership just 6 hours ago and have already recommended them to a friend who's in the market for a ve I just had at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I left the dealership just 6 hours ago and have already recommended them to a friend who's in the market for a vehicle. We first went to the dealership after finding a deal on a used vehicle we liked on cars.com and came home with the vehicle the same day. A month later, the vehicle stopped dead while I was driving, in what appeared to be an electrical problem. Dealership employees coordinated quickly to get the vehicle's onboard computer replaced. Unfortunately, I had a similar incident about two months later, and no one could diagnose the problem. All we knew is that the repair didn't solve the issue. Needless to say, I did not want my family in the vehicle again. I was shocked when the dealership agreed to take the vehicle back for the price we paid for it and helped us find a reliable replacement. I am sure they are taking a big loss, but they valued a customer's satisfaction and safety more than that loss. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone (and already have). More

Met with David Rivera and he was such a great help. He helped us decide on trading in our vehicle for a newer model. He made us very comfortable during the whole process. He showed us how to work the touchscreen menu and showed us features that our previous car did not have. He is very knowledgable, he answered all my questions I had about the car. I am happy I decided on trading in my car. More

This was the easiest and most pleasant car purchase I have ever made, and I did it from over 500 miles away. I made a phone call to discuss the vehicle I wanted and negotiate the pricing. I agreed to purchase, traded some paperwork via Fed Ex., and then 2 days later, Scott Lavancher showed up in my driveway in Tennessee with my new Avalon - at 7:30 am on Sunday morning! I tried to give him a tip when I dropped him off at the airport to catch his flight back to Tampa, and he wouldn't take it, because he was just "doing his job to make customers happy." That is legendary customer service!! It was refreshing to get to deal with a company where every employee understands the value and importance of caring about customers.
