My experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was the best I have ever had at any dealership I've been to in my life. Every employee I met was courteous and pleasant. I never felt pressured with any aspect of the buying experience and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. The details: My spouse and I are both full time students and I am also a full time worker. I don't have much time to look around for everything let alone cars. After looking at some other dealerships, I stopped by Wesley Chapel Toyota after making an appointment online to look at a Yaris. From first arriving we both were politely greeted. We met with our sales representative, Jack P, who was very pleasant. His demeanor was welcoming. Everything presented to us was very transparent and open; I felt as no typical car salesman "games" were happening. Jack was willing to listen to what we were looking for in a car. Although we were there to look at a Yaris, he happily took us to look at other cars when we weren't sure if the Yaris would fit into our budget. Jack provided exceptional customer service and never pressured us into anything. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered with excitement and thoroughness to where I understood everything I needed to make a knowledgeable buying decision. The entire car buying experience was the best I have ever had and I would be more than happy to recommend everyone I know to visit Wesley Chapel Toyota and talk with Jack. More

Matt in financing was so nice, helpful and funny - there was no sense that he was hurrying or frustrated to have to do this at a late hour.
