Although the dealership itself would be a good reason alone to be a customer since it's an upstanding company in the area with its various community services and involvement, Eric was patient, friendly, personable and provided all the answers to everything I questioned throughout my process of searching for the right car at the right price. I never felt pressured or "hounded" to buy as I've experienced at other dealerships. If there were more people like Eric in car sales, there wouldn't be a "car salesman" stigma to folks doing what he does. The dealership should be glad they have Eric working with them. Going to Wesley Chapel Toyota was like winning the lottery! Our mission when we set out last weekend was to purchase a Toyota for it's reliability and economy. We had secured our financing through our credit union and hit the road. A friend recommended the dealership and we called Lynne and described our needs. When we arrived she had a car ready to test drive and we were off. The car was exactly what we hoped for and she showed us a deal that we really couldn't refuse. NO GAMES just good business. While we were waiting I saw a little Fiat on the lot. My husband said - "Take it for a spin!" I really couldn't say no. Lynne again was extremely understanding when I told her that my reliable vehicle (2003) was at the shop for some transmission work. I fell in love with Fiat on the first turn of the test drive. Lynne said - "Let's just look at what it would cost - no pressure!" And that is EXACTLY how it went down! So we rolled out of Wesley Chapel Toyota with 2 fabulous vehicles and smiles on our faces.
