My experience with this dealership was very disappointing. I was told multiple different stories about my approval, amongst other things. And the experience was far from pleasant. Our sales rep, Marcelino, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Never pressed us to make a decision, simply lent his support during the process. Jacob was also nice and professional during the pap and helpful. Never pressed us to make a decision, simply lent his support during the process. He referred to our daughter as a boy a few times during the process and I was going to say something to him but, I saw my daughter shake her head at me, telling me not to worry about it, so I let it go.
