Satisfying Experience On July 4th my wife and I set out to buy a vehicle for the family. My mind was set on a Ford Explorer but my wife wanted to see a Chevy Suburban(whic On July 4th my wife and I set out to buy a vehicle for the family. My mind was set on a Ford Explorer but my wife wanted to see a Chevy Suburban(which we owned before), and a Toyota SUV since we were going to trade our 10 year old sienna which had performed flawlessly. Michael and Dwayne were very cordial. They went as far as getting rained on while getting another vehicle from the lot to show my wife. They then patiently showed me the pros and cons of the Highlander against the Explorer Sport and sold me on the idea of getting another Toyota. Of course when it came down to the haggling it was a painless procedure. Their patience, professionalism, and friendliness closed the deal. More than worth the 3 hour drive!! We went to WCT to purchase my boyfriend a car. I went to the dealership wanting a Prius due to the great mileage per fuel consumption that car gets. After purchasing a Prius I noticed I was not getting the mileage that I was told I would get. I had made the sales associate who I bought the car from aware of my concern and I was not taken seriously. I went to back to the dealership and strongly expressed my dissapointment to a manager and I felt that he didn't want to help me either. Then Michael stepped in. He actually showed me how to drive the car the certain way it needs to be driven to get the good mileage, as well as thoroughly explaining everything.
