We saw this new Tacoma on their website that we liked, and requested a price. We live in Montgomery, AL. Within 15 minutes, we received a call from Bill Tracey and in less than an hour, we had an agreeable deal which included our trade. We told Bill we would come down the next day. Upon arrival, Bill had all the paperwork prepared, the Tacoma was ready to go and we were out of there a couple hours. Since it was an 8 hour drive in a downpour, we arrived late. Bill and other necessary folks stayed past closing to get everything complete. Edwin Andino handled the finance paperwork, very professionally and politely. One other person, Michelle Terry helped with the purchase of accessories and setting up an appointment for installation, very polite and knowledgeable. Everyone we had contact with at this dealership was very friendly and polite, making the whole experience most enjoyable, which is not so typical at other dealerships. Thank you Wesley Chapel. It was well worth the drive. Also, thank you for the tin of cookies, which arrived in the mail. A very much appreciated surprise. More

I researched and visited a few Toyota dealerships around Brandon area and decided to try the one in Wesley Chapel. That was a wise choice. I got a hold of Dwayne Nurse and explained to him what I wanted. Between work and travelling, it took me 2 weeks to finally meet with Dwayne. Very friendly and helpful guy. The first time we met, we could not close on a deal (he and the sales manager actually stayed past the closing hours). I called Dwayne on a Sunday which was his day off and he came out and helped me close on a new Sienna. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I've had. I highly recommend given them a call if you are looking for a vehicle. More
