Service by Ursula (service writer) and Kenny (tech.) was outstanding. After some conversation and subsequent email exchanges with Mike in sales, I noted the dealer adds some extraordinarily high margin accessories (mostly unwanted) to the vehicle. After some back and forth negotiations, we agreed on a Highlander vehicle price and trade-in value for the Lexus. Now, I'm completely satisfied with the entire deal. Highly recommended for service and sales! More

I left, when I came back I parked offsite and walked in, that is when I met Chris Joseph. He wad kind, knowledgeable and most of all NOT PUSHY! PJ did my closing, it started out a bit unorganized, address wrong, and my deposit was not included. He quickly corrected it. And was pleasant while he did it. If I would have been in a hurry it may have been more frustrating. I think I will like the the app for service. Overall it was a good experience thanks to Chris. More
