Our salesperson, Scott Lavancher, was waiting for us with a smile on his face! He listened to what we were looking for, took us on a test drive, explained all of the features that the Corolla had to offer. The negotiation process was clear cut and he really paid attention to us and didn't waste any of our time. Finance was just as helpful, knowledgeable and honest. After finding out we were in a very bad position on our trade-in Terry and Michael went above and beyond to get us to a number that would make sense to us. After discussing it, it wold not have made sense for us to purchase a car at the moment. When purchasing a major item like a car you don't want to be pressured or rushed. Terry and Michael really did a great job from explaining every feature of the cars all the way through the presentation of our numbers. I wanted to just let everyone know that this is the way you want to be treated when car buying. More
