We had already completed our research before going to the dealer so all we had to do is decide whether we could afford the payments. We finally made our decision and went back to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Charlie helped us with the paperwork. Eric came by and was also helpful. Frank made the rest of the purchase process go smoothly and was very knowledgeable about Toyota products in general. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a Toyota. I was there for a few hours as I was asking as many questions as I could think of, however, it did not feel like I was there for very long due to the atmosphere and the skill set that the staff has. I felt like I was able to make my own conclusions when coming to buying the car (Corolla S Plus) and I never felt "pushed" into buying anything. David Rivera was an excellent sales associate and answered all my questions clear and concisely, as did Frank and Toni.
