I had a signed deal within an hour on a 2015 Toyota 4Runner that Jack had delivered for me and I was out of the dealership within 2 hours with my new car, detailed, full of gas and ready to go. Jack took time to go over everything in the vehicle, set up my bluetooth for me, showed me how to use Sirius radio. There was nothing lacking! Great 1st Time Car Buying Experience This was my first time purchasing a car. Every other car I have ever had was passed down from my parents (who live 24 hours away from me). I was going into this alone, with very limited knowledge about the car buying process. I had the great pleasure of working with Nate Pastrana. From the very first encounter at the dealership, Nate made the experience very comfortable. Nate and one of his managers showed me a tour of the dealership, before they took me to look at cars. I first thought I was going to lease. They showed me a couple of options and gave me the pricing. I left that first day with a lot of decisions and information to process. The next day, I went and looked at some used cars at a different dealership. My experience there was not the same that I had the previous day at Wesley Chapel Toyota. A few days I went back to Wesley Chapel Toyota and met again with Nate. This time I informed him I was interested in looking at preowned cars. Nate first showed me a car that was in my price range. It was a nice car, but not what I was looking for. After that test drive, Nate and I walked around the lot looking at some of the other preowned cars. I found one that interested me, a Hyundai Elantra. Nate immediately went, got the keys and we were off for a test drive. I fell in love with the car! I knew that this was the car for me. It had low miles and was a great price, the two most important factors for me. Nate took me inside and we started the actual buying process. This was what I was most nervous about. The price of the car. I had a budget that I needed to fit this car into. Thankfully Nate was able to get the car to be at the right price. That night, I ended up driving away in my first car! The experience was expectational and very comfortable. I never realized how easy and comfortable this process could be. I am very glad that I picked Wesley Chapel Toyota for my first car purchase.
