We love the reliability and gas economy but was apprehensive about going through the buying process at a dealer. Online we applied for a gift card when test driving and got called immediately by James Swanson on duty that Sunday on the Internet Dept. He was very helpful as I explained to him what I wanted and said he had it. We drove over from West Pasco area and he had pulled out of line the car we were interested in and away we went on our test drive...WOW ..We loved the car and now down to negotiations...that were very easy and non pressured or insulting. James brought out his manager and we arrived at a mutual agreed trade and purchase price...while waiting for the finance officer we help ourselves to their coffee and met Toni (service) who was very informative and helpful with questions we had. John (finance) was very good at explaining everything as we went along signing all the papers and did not( as in our past experiences) tried to add anything more than what we had agreed to. The next day we returned to bring in some paperwork and Carlos was there at James' s request while he was unavailable to make sure everything was ok and we needed nothing...Awesome teamwork here at this dealership! So we will be coming here for service even if it is further than we would like to travel . If there sales force is like this their service must be top notch.. we have our 1st free oil change scheduled...! Looking forward to a long service relationship..! We love our new car! P&D BETZ More

The staff was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable throughout me entire visit. I was on the market looking for a gently used 2014 Chevy Camaro and this dealership had the exact make, model, and color that I wanted, so I had to check this car out. Carlos, spoke with me over the phone and advised me to come in and give the car a test drive. I was skeptical at first because dealerships can be slightly intimidating, but I went to the dealership that day after work and Carlos already had the vehicle waiting for me outside to test drive when I arrived. I fell in love with the car and I was ready to make the purchase, but I was concerned about the financing and the timing because it was starting to get late, as it was past their normal business hours. Carlos helped me to find new financing, which provided me with a lower APR than my own Credit Union was going to offer me. What really sealed the deal for me was his exceptional customer service. I drove another vehicle to the dealership that was not a trade-in (because I got into a hit-and-run incident) and Carlos told me that once my car finished getting detailed that he would deliver my Camaro to my house personally, which was roughly 30-40 minutes away from the dealership. I just couldn't believe that he would do that for me, especially since it was well after 9pm. I was able to test drive the vehicle, get new financing, and sign all the needed paperwork within a few hours. Needless to say, I am in an amazing car and I am glad that I went to Toyota Wesley Chapel. I did not feel rushed and my buying experience exceeded my expectations from the beginning to the end of the sale process! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Carlos Vallejo as sales representative. More

Very comfortable, transparent experience --- awesome! I was looking for a particular vehicle for a few months, and finally saw a listing on cars.com that matched my search and I made an inquiry. I didn't know much about the dealership because they were so far away from my office and home, but they had the color and trim of the vehicle I wanted. So I was contacted by one of their Internet Sales Associates, Jack Peck, and made arrangements to look at the car after work. I got off work at 6pm and it took me 90 minutes to get the Wesley Chapel from St. Petersburg just for a test drive. The car was in immaculate condition, I took a test drive and Jack answered any questions I had. They appraised my car with the number I was looking for and got me financed within an hour. All this after being there at 7:30pm on a weeknight. I was impressed that Jack stayed late to wait for me when most people might have left the office after a long day. That's impressive to me, and I'll definitely be referring Jack and Wesley Chapel Toyota to all my friends. More

Outstanding Dealership Wesley Chapel Toyota had a tent sale at the Largo Mall. We have been looking for a van because our present van had 130,000. An excellent Dodge van. As we were leaving the mall we saw a Chrysler van and stopped to look at the automobile. A salesperson was right there and his name was James Swanson. He was polite and courteous and did a great job selling not only the car but the dealership. We were impressed with the life time warranty that Wesley Chapel Toyota offered. We took the car for a test drive and came home and talked about buying the car. That evening we were out for dinner and stopped by to again look at the van. James was there and again he was knowledgeable,polite, with no pressure. The next morning we met James and we bought the car. The car had a missing part on the passenger side mirror and today we traveled 1 hour to the dealership and got it replaced with the easiest of ease. A first class dealership with a very courteous staff. More
