Victory in Finance is a Liar! Do not purchase any warranty from them especially, with Lithia Dealers. I purchased a car on 10/5/21 canceled the warranty on 10/25/21, and paid off the car on 10/25/21 warranty from them especially, with Lithia Dealers. I was told by Victoria that I will get my full amount of the warranty within 3 to 4 weeks, but I have yet to receive the $3000 for the warranty I paid on 10/25/21. Victoria in Finance department is a lair and very deceiving person. Please please save yourself and your money and do not deal with her. She will never return your phone call and will not see you once you purchase the car. I have been told by Michelle from Lithia Dealership that they sent my money to Victoria at the Toyota of Wesley Chapel. Surprise surprise Victoria is not returning the call. At this point, I am not sure who is more thief and liar Toyota Wesley Chapel or Lithia Dealership. More
