Our Sales person Johnathon was very anxious to get us out the door after the sale was made on Saturday. Hardly wanted to spend time with us to learn the dashboard etc. He told us they only had one fob for t the door after the sale was made on Saturday. Hardly wanted to spend time with us to learn the dashboard etc. He told us they only had one fob for the car and we could purchase another one from a dealership. Never suggested trying to contact the owner for a second key. In purchasing many autos from dealerships I have never received only one fob. We spend over $422.00 to get a new fob on Monday, Tuesday Johnathon called and said they found another one. Thanks a lot-too late. Johnathon's name is not on the list of sales people so I think they just sent him to us to practice on us. Would not recommend your company to anyone ever. Very disappointing experience with Toyota and costly also. Not very professional. We came in, found a car we liked, traded our Lexus, made the deal wrote a check and out the door. You'd think he would have been a little grateful and given us some attention and been more helpful rather then shoving us out the door as quickly as he could. Never suggested visiting with a service person who could help us learn about the car's features. Very disappointing Carol Greenwood More
