Happy New Car Owner While out car shopping, I decided to stop in at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was approached by Scott "Scooter" Lavancha. Scott was very helpful and there w While out car shopping, I decided to stop in at Wesley Chapel Toyota. I was approached by Scott "Scooter" Lavancha. Scott was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy anything. We looked at corolla"s and did some test driving. I didnt purchase that day and was never hounded to do so. I return a few days later and purchased the Corolla Sport Plus. Scott was off that day so Amanda Baron helped with the paperwork end of the deal. Both were very friendly and answered all my questions. I love my car and would difinitely return and refer friends and family. My car buying experience was stress free and quick. More

Excellent Work I recently visited Wesley Chapel Toyota the other day. I had bought my first car from them approximately 1 year ago and Steve Barranco handled everyth I recently visited Wesley Chapel Toyota the other day. I had bought my first car from them approximately 1 year ago and Steve Barranco handled everything for me back then. So when I came in recently, Steve greeted me at my car with a big smile and asked me what he could do for me. I explained to him that I wanted to trade in my Corolla for a newer model. He was more than happy to assist me with everything all over again. He found me a much newer model Corolla and worked out all the little details so all I had to do was sign a few papers and drive off a few hours later in my new car. He even lowered my monthly payments AND took me on a test drive before I decided I wanted that particular car. Steve definitely went above and beyond for me that day. I will always go to him for any future car purchases and/or needs. Thanks Steve!!! More

Scott in sales greeted me upon arriving to the lot. He was helpful, professional, courteous, and efficient. The finance guy Frank really worked hard to get my husband out ofthere so he could get to work. He also explained all the proper work and made that process smooth, The staff wasn't pushy and I didn't feel rushed or bullied like other dealerships I visited.
