a great end to a stressful day. Should have come here first. We spent all day searching for cars, we went to three different dealers. We should have come here first. Mike worked with us. He was never pushy or ov We spent all day searching for cars, we went to three different dealers. We should have come here first. Mike worked with us. He was never pushy or overbearing. We asked questions and he was happy to answer them. We went on 3 test drives, once in the Camry and 2 in the Prius. He was great about it, never trying to rush us inside to "look at numbers." He also never tried to up-sell us into features we did not need. This was a big issue at the other dealers we went to. Overall a great experience. The one pointer I'd give to the dealer, is to work on getting all the paperwork done faster. We decided we wanted the car around 4. but didn't get to leave until after 6. In the end it only took us 15 minutes or so to actually sign paperwork, the rest was just waiting on people. More
