Always a pleasurable experience! We set an appointment with Scott Lavancher to come on a Friday evening & he was waiting outside for us when we pulled in. My husband has a RAV4 that we purchased from Scott and we have had 2 other Toyotas that we serviced at Wesley Chapel Toyota over the past 9 years since they opened. We knew what to expect before we arrived. That is comforting in itself. There was no hard sell and no list of compromises. Scott showed me the vehicles that I wanted to see with the exact features I specified. I was very particular. We narrowed it down to 2 different types of vehicles. I asked Scott if I could think about my choice overnight and wanted to come back the next day to test drive them again. We drove from St. Petersburg to Wesley Chapel to make this purchase even though there are closer dealers to us. We came back on Saturday to test drive again. I made the decision to go" back" into a 2015 Camry XLE. What a SWEET car! This was an impressive package and I got an excellent (fair) price for my trade-in. I have been hauling around a walker for my mom in the back seat of the other car because it would not fit in the trunk. I really missed the large trunk space in the Camry! You can fit 3 large adults in there! LOL. A few things I would like to say about Wesley Chapel Toyota: 1. They have never made an issue out of a woman purchasing a car. I did all of the talking and asked questions that were answered to ME, not my husband. I like that most of all! I have been through the "well, why don't you ask a brother, father, hubby" thing many times. I am a grown woman and know how to buy a car. I was treated like a person, not a "woman". 2. Scott and the entire staff at Wesley Chapel Toyota are nothing but professional, friendly and courteous. They treat you like family. I know I can text Scott or ask questions about my car and someone will answer me. I have done so already with prompt replies. 3. Buying and Servicing a car at this dealership is worth the drive from St Pete. I know that when I go there, I will be listened to and taken seriously. 4. I was sent a nice gift of chocolate chip cookies to thank me for my purchase. :) If you think this is a lengthy comment, you are right! The car's engine had failed, & I had to have it brought from my home in Spring Hill to Wesley Chapel Toyota to determine if an oil consumption recall possibly caused the engine to fail. Ultimately I did not want to invest in a new engine for the camera, so I looked into trading it in on a 2012 Honda Pilot. Generally, I hate the car buying process, but Yuri Acosta made the experience an overall positive one for my family and I. I would recommend seeing him for any of your new or used car needs. More

We asked questions and he was happy to answer them. We went on 3 test drives, once in the Camry and 2 in the Prius. He was great about it, never trying to rush us inside to "look at numbers." He also never tried to up-sell us into features we did not need. This was a big issue at the other dealers we went to. Overall a great experience. The one pointer I'd give to the dealer, is to work on getting all the paperwork done faster. We decided we wanted the car around 4. but didn't get to leave until after 6. In the end it only took us 15 minutes or so to actually sign paperwork, the rest was just waiting on people. More
