I just purchased my 3rd car and had the great fortune of dealing with Joe Cirillo. Being a former New Yorker (as Joe is also) I can be "alittle difficult" in my negotiating tactics but Joe handled it and me like a champ. His professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond are truly admirable (especially in this day and age where people don't give a xxxx). When I went to pick up my new car I changed my mind on the model and decided to upgrade one level up. Joe took it in stride and like a trooper went around the lot until he found exactly what I wanted, color, accessories and anything else I threw at him. All I can say is that Toyota is fortunate in having a salesman of Joe's quality dedication and customer caring. Way to go Joe.
