Wesley Chapel Toyota was the Toyota dealership with the most competitive and lowest car cost. Caroline Briggs was great to work with and responded to texts and emails promptly all throughout the day which most competitive and lowest car cost. I tried multiple dealerships in the general area (SunToyota and Village Toyota) and they both fell short by a mile! Their prices were both respectively about 7 grand more than Wesley chapel and poor communication. When dealing with Caroline at Wesley Chapel it was a sigh of relief that I was able to get constant communication and updates on my vehicle. At this current market there were no new cars on the lot as most are pre sold and shipped. The SUV I selected was an initial 35 days out. I even opted to switch from a standard to a hybrid a week after putting a down payment to reserve the car which was able to transfer right over to the hybrid model. The car arrived a week before the expected initial delivery date(though that wouldn’t be on Wesley Chapels part but more on the actual Toyota distributor). My ONLY complaint if I was knit picking would be the wait time to actually pick up the car doing the paperwork. I knew it was a process and would take time, however it most likely felt much longer for me working nights and did a full shift the night before, got dropped on at the dealership and had to wait on no sleep then once finished drive back home and only have 2 hours until I had to be up for the next shift to start(NOT Wesley chapels problem itself) but it was a long wait to get the plate transferred, sign the financial paperwork, and agreements. Other than that it was a smooth and easy process. Caroline and her team are excellent. I am happy with the model I chose. I would highly recommend just going straight to Wesley Chapel and saving your time, avoid the hassle and higher prices of the other dealerships. More

I have been a Chevy/GMC owner my entire life. I made the move to Toyota because I wanted to try a different vehicle out, by recommendation of my son. Not too long after purchasing the vehicle I noticed something was a bit off so I took it to their service center. Their service technician was phenomenal!!!! It was just a slight adjustment needed in the alignment and I tell you what - what a difference in drivability! I cried happy tears on my way to work because she drove so beautifully! As for the service department - it's like night and day vs. other dealerships I've been to. They are incredible! The customer service staff were too! I can't thank their friendly staff enough for making my purchase easy, my alignment quick and for being so helpful! I highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and can't thank them enough for their awesome service! I wish I had the name of the person who did the service on my vehicle! More
