We were ready to talk numbers so we negotiated down to their best and up to our bst quickly, the whole negotiation taking about an hour. They were respectful, didn't play "hardball," and we felt like we were squarely dealt with the whole time. I came back the next day to finalize the deal and finish the paperwork, and was out within an hour. This dealer and salesman valued my time and my business, made me feel respected, and sold me a great car for a great price. What more can you ask for? I would definitely recommend and would gladly buy from them again. More

Talk about a dealership that is concerned with customer satisfaction and not just making a "deal". Jack Peck is an amazing salesman that goes above and beyond. He stayed late after the dealership closed, helped us explore all our options and helped us choose what vehicle was the best option for our family of 5. My wife was not interested in the Toyota Sienna and I was totally about rocking the "mini van". Jack tried to get us a deal on a 2014 Tundra that was real nice, but we couldn't afford it. My wife looked at Toyota S.U.V.'s but they didn't have the room we needed. Jack pulled several Siennas out for us to look at and provided all the answers to our questions. He was knowledgable about every vehicle on the lot. My wife had a certain payment in mind and Jack was able to make it happen for her with a very low interest rate. Overall Jack Peck and the other staff at Welsey Chapel Toyota don't disappoint and don't sell you something you can't afford or be happy with....as for my wife, the Sienna is now HER ride!! Richard Jackson was very respectful and friendly, not pushy, showed me all the special features of the camry. I did go drive the Accord but came right back to the camry. Richard was very patient with me walking the lot for quite some time looking at all the colors. Wesley Chapel Toyota had more selection of colors than other dealers. I figured when it was time to talk money that's when the pressure would start, but I had done my homework and was able to get the deal I wanted. Everyone I dealt with treated me, with courtesy and respect. More
