No Tricks Dealership My husband and I knew we wanted a Toyota Camry we just needed to decide on the year and model. We were looking for a dealership that would treat us li My husband and I knew we wanted a Toyota Camry we just needed to decide on the year and model. We were looking for a dealership that would treat us like knowledgeable customers, not easy marks to play tricks with. My husband stopped by a dealership in Lakeland and after going around in circles my husband decided to drive away. The salesperson and manager literally chased him down to give him an "only good today" offer. Had they provided that offer first we may have taken the deal but by that time my husband was exhausted and left. Second round of shopping was Wesley Chapel Toyota. I sent an e-mail to the dealership and got a very quick response from Salesman Luis Veas. I explained what we were looking for and the assistance we were expecting from him including a "no gimmicks" negotiation process. Luis delivered! He walked us through our options and once we decided on the 2015 Toyota Camry Hybrid we agreed on price within 15 minutes. From there the financing process and out the door time was very acceptable. Not only will we be buying another Toyota, we will be using Wesley Chapel Toyota as our dealer of choice. I highly recommend making the trip - be sure to ask for Luis Veas! More
