Went to dealership for oil change and transmission oil change . Went to pay for bill only to find out that they were charging me for an air filter. Only problem is that I replaced the air filter 3 days earlier . A 65$ charge. No one from dealership called me to tell me that a air filter was needed. Terrible customer service . I will call BBB in morning on this terrible service dept. We bought the vehicle there along with tires and all service repairs were done there. I will never go back. How many other people have they ripped off??? More

Found the car we wanted. Spoke with "Matt" who made an appointment with us for 10:00 next day. Drove almost an hour there, arrived at 9:45, and no one was available. Final Spoke with "Matt" who made an appointment with us for 10:00 next day. Drove almost an hour there, arrived at 9:45, and no one was available. Finally at 10:15 someone named "Jeff" came to tell us Matt was in a meeting. At round 10:30 we got tired of waiting and walked past the check-in to Matt's office. He and other salesmen were sitting there on phones and chatting. So, even though we had called and been told the car was still there and been called by the dealer to verify our appointment, "Matt" put down the phone, stepped out of the office and told us the car had sold that night, that he'd sent someone else to get a similar car for us. We told him that we would not be back and felt sure he didn't care and left. We felt pretty sure we'd been victims of the old "bait and switch" thing since the car was still showing available on the website when we got home. Never again. Almost 3 hours of our day wasted for nothing. More
