Today I was on my way to a used car lot in Kissimmee, FL; and behold, I saw a Giant Purple Gorilla and tall "for sale" flag signs with a wide selecti Today I was on my way to a used car lot in Kissimmee, FL; and behold, I saw a Giant Purple Gorilla and tall "for sale" flag signs with a wide selection of vehicles; at Walmart's large parking area. So off course I was curious and needed to pass by the gas station anyway....I was approached by Mr. Harry and I kid you not.... an hour later I was shaking hands to close a deal for a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Great Customer Service! My sister and I were at Wesley Chapel Toyota to purchase two vehicles....From the moment we walked into this dealership I felt like I was at home....a My sister and I were at Wesley Chapel Toyota to purchase two vehicles....From the moment we walked into this dealership I felt like I was at home....all of the sales people were friendly and attentive as we walked in... Our salesperson Jack was such a wonderful person to work with...he knew I was on a budget and worked diligently to find me a car that I could afford...at the same time wanted to be sure I had all of the extras I was looking for in my new car.... Jack kept me in the loop every step of the way and actually made my car buying experience pleasant....never thought I would ever say that about a dealer... The whole process was quick and relatively painless... No pushy sales people and no tricks to get you at this dealer.... Great customer service and a friendly and knowledgeable staff....
