In addition, I was given a very in depth tour of the facility as well as information on all of the services they offered. A True "No Hassle" Experience Walked into Wesley Chapel Toyota this past Saturday morning (early) with the intention of just looking at and evaluating the Tundra. This was the third dealership I was visiting but not the last in determining which full size truck was the best fit for me. When we drove up on the lot it was clear the salesman that approached us was only going to introduce himself and not hover over me until I pleaded for mercy. I told Michael all of my criteria and he asked if I wanted him to show me what he had available on the lot. As we worked through the details I was pleasantly surprised to finally meet a salesman that was knowledgeable on all aspects of the model from the trim levels to the power train to the options. We were in a time crunch as we needed to be in another city for a lunch appointment in two hours so we only had 30 minutes left after looking at the vehicle. Mike said he would be very aggressive on the deal and asked if we would consider doing the deal now. We did and the rest is history. In less than 20 minutes we had a deal, no headache just a great experience. More

Great experience after a LONG PAINFUL experience at others My wife and I wanted to purchase a new 2015 or 2016 Toyota Corolla . We had been to the four local Toyota dealerships, and walked out of every single My wife and I wanted to purchase a new 2015 or 2016 Toyota Corolla . We had been to the four local Toyota dealerships, and walked out of every single one of them. First of all, every dealership had 2015 vehicles listed on their online inventory, and they all just sold them yesterday (until no deal was reached on a 2016, then a 2015 magically appears). Ross MacDonald was the salesman who helped us. We were a little standoffish and we weren't providing much information about our budget or how we were paying. Ross was as nice as could be, showed us the barely used, THE 2015's ON THE LOT, then the 2016. I saw the sticker, and had a better idea of the previous dealers willingness to come off of that number, and I had a budget. I chose two cars on the lot that my wife LOVED. I made a fair offer on each and told him that we had no wiggle room. He took my offers to his sales manager who approved one, and made a fair counter on the other. Briefly tried to work out a deal on the higher, but we couldn't quite meet (which is perfectly fine by me). So we took a brand new 2015 Corolla. We moved on to financing. We were pre-approved with our bank, but gave the dealer a chance to beat our rate, which they did (not by much, but they did beat it). We used their financing. They did not hard sell any warranties or packages, no was perfectly acceptable answer. We took their GAP coverage which was more than our banks, but we figured the lower rate would make it a wash, and we were so pleased with the experience we didn't mind the money going to Wesley Chapel Toyota. In the end, they absolutely honored the deal we reached, and did not try to bamboozle me at the next step. I would highly recommend the dealership, as well as the salesman who helped us. It appears the key is to leave the city to look for a car, unless you want to overpay and deal with shady salesman. Make the drive to Wesley Chapel--totally worth it!!! More
