He spoke very highly of his employer and it wasn't a sales pitch, it came from his heart. I could see why Austin was grateful working at WCT, I lived it myself. I also own a BMW X5 which I purchased from Reeves, and I must say that the customer service and high class environment at Wesley Chapel Toyota was as excellent as the customer service at any luxury vehicle dealer. Then it came time to see our financial advisor, so we sat with Frank Wargo. What a beautiful person, devoted and committed to deliver nothing but excellent customer service. Frank was detailed, patient and even though it got pretty late, he sat there attending to all our needs with a big smile in his face during the entire process. We are so happy we made Wesley Chapel Toyota our first stop and I don't think We will ever visit any other dealers in the future. Wesley Chapel Toyota is now our home too! Our beloved 19 year old Toyota Rav4 was totaled in a recent accident caused by the other driver. Thankfully no one was hurt. I had my wife, daughter and dog with us and Armani Jackson could not be more patient and helpful. My wife test drove a couple of cars and settled on a 2015 Toyota Corolla. She does not respond well to pushy sales staff and will walk away from a purchase if that is the case. Armani was perfect. He was patient and thoughtful, he put my wife at ease and made the process less stressful for her. Overall our experience on a late Sunday afternoon at Wesley Chapel Toyota was terrific. More
