He was friendly, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and even went the proverbial extra mile to help my wife and I complete the car buying process conveniently. Other dealerships have pressured me to try to get a quick commitment and even attempted to trick me to sign a contract before we negotiated a price or decided what we truly wanted. My experience with Michael Grega and the Wesley Chapel Toyota staff was extremely comfortable and pressure-free. Michael allowed us to take our time and spent a few hours with us over two separate visits. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions he was honest, which I was grateful for; then if it was important to me, he found out the answer. He also was even willing to drive 45 minutes to our house after work to help us finalize paperwork. I have never had a better experience with a salesman of any type, let alone at an automotive dealership. More

Although I had been communicating with Mark Howard I figured he was just like the last guys on the phone, would say anything to get me in the door. WRONG! When I met him in person he was so friendly & understood as a customer I wanted to be sure in my purchase & he didn't put on any pressure. He answered all my questions & made sure I walked away with a payment plan within the needs of my budget! He really is a friendly & knowledgeable sales associate. John Deloach helped with my financing & was a dream to deal with as well. Judith Cropper was so sweet & helpful when she assisted me at the front desk. Everyone there was respectful, friendly, & kind from the moment I stepped out of my old tired car on the lot.
