The Lakeland Toyota staff was disorganized and incompetent. The Wesley Chapel staff was the friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Amanda Baron guided the entire sales process under 2 hours - from trade in, price, financing, to out the door. I would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

I dealt with Patrick Sawyer who was super knowledgeable, patient and NOT high pressure The dealership seemed nice and had a great customer service area. I don't plan to have the vehicle serviced there however because it is a 2 hour ride but it will be my first stop the next time I buy a new truck. I would highly recommend Patrick and Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone ! More
