She is very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all questions. I never felt pressured. She continued to keep us updated and was attentive while we waited for finance could begin their process. Pricilla had us meet the person who would assist with the servicing appointments which was a special touch you don't normally get during a purchase. It was a very busy day (Black Friday) to car shop but we never felt as if we had been forgotten. John DeLoach in Finance was very helpful and worked quickly through all the various forms that had to be completed. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and caring. This is the first Toyota purchase but the experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota tells why so many have returned to this location. More

Great customer service I went in to see if I could purchase a used vehicle. My salesman showed me my options , did some paperwork and he went to talk to his manager, Came ba I went in to see if I could purchase a used vehicle. My salesman showed me my options , did some paperwork and he went to talk to his manager, Came back and said congratulations you are approved for a 2016 vehicle. I was shocked because I didn't think i would ever be approved for a brand new vehicle. Everyone was so friendly, and offered to help in anyway possible. The process wasn't long. Now I have a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla, thanks Luis for all your help. Great job!!!! More

Excellent Sales Expierence I had searched all of Tampa Bay for a new 2015 Rav 4, I had a price limit and color I was looking for. With Wesley Chapel and my Sales Person was Ros I had searched all of Tampa Bay for a new 2015 Rav 4, I had a price limit and color I was looking for. With Wesley Chapel and my Sales Person was Ross McDonald, I had an excellent expierence. Ross went out of his way getting me my brand new Rav 4. They didn't have the Color on the Lot, he searched and got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. No Bargening. .On the Day, that he told me I could come and get the RAV 4, I didn't have a ride,so he drove 1 hour each way to come and pick me up, which made him get home 2 hours later, then he was supposed to. I never expierenced this type of Customer Service before. I can only recommend him. More
