Several weeks past and out of the blue Wil sent an email on a trade in highlander with the exact list we were looking for. The next morning my husband test drove it and that night we came into purchase. Wil was onsite for both the test drive and the purchase. The car was in great shape and at a great price - an awesome deal overall. What a pleasure it was to meet Pricilla and take a test drive in what turned out to be the first and only car it took to make a decision. She is very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all questions. I never felt pressured. She continued to keep us updated and was attentive while we waited for finance could begin their process. Pricilla had us meet the person who would assist with the servicing appointments which was a special touch you don't normally get during a purchase. It was a very busy day (Black Friday) to car shop but we never felt as if we had been forgotten. John DeLoach in Finance was very helpful and worked quickly through all the various forms that had to be completed. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and caring. This is the first Toyota purchase but the experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota tells why so many have returned to this location. More
