At the time of purchase everyone was excellent in every way , the moment you need something after that , it’s like pulling teeth , horrible customer service over the phone , calls , text , voicemail and ev way , the moment you need something after that , it’s like pulling teeth , horrible customer service over the phone , calls , text , voicemail and even emails not returned.The finance guy named Aiman being the worst culprit of them all . i won’t be purchasing any vehicles from this establishment going forward and neither will anyone in my family .Lesson learned More

Terrible dealership. If you want your credit to remain in good standing do not deal with this dealership. There finance department messed up my credit by not paying for my trade in for over a month. As long as I live I will never use this dealership and I will tell everyone I know what they did. They give you the run around tell you your check is in the mail and the only way you can get them to mail it is if you tell them your thinking about getting a lawyer. Terrible people and business. The guy everyone call Stony asked me to come in for appraisal of my car to sell stating it’s higher when it’s in person. I arrived, he was busy so someone else assisted. The girl took maybe 45min bef appraisal of my car to sell stating it’s higher when it’s in person. I arrived, he was busy so someone else assisted. The girl took maybe 45min before getting back to me with a low ball offer (Carmax offer 13k and this place offer me 10k) than any sites - Carmax, KBB.com, edmunds. Why would you waste my time??? More
