After shopping around at most Toyota dealerships in Florida, I found Luis Veas to be one of the few that really seemed to understand how an internet s After shopping around at most Toyota dealerships in Florida, I found Luis Veas to be one of the few that really seemed to understand how an internet shopper wants to shop. He immediately provided the information I requested without trying to get me to call him or email him more or come in to the dealership. This was so refreshing and made even better when the price was reasonable. The car sold before I made any decisions but Luis worked quickly to find another one and get it transferred to his dealership. This become a little complex since it was near the holiday's & coordination was needed across 2 dealerships and a delivery port. Throughout this Luis kept me well informed & did a great job at final delivery too. I"m a tough critic & usually won't write a review unless something really impressed or annoyed me. Luis certainly impressed me & I'd do business with him again. More

My wife and I test drove a couple of vehicles on Saturday with the promise that if we liked it, we'd call back to set up an appointment Sunday to work My wife and I test drove a couple of vehicles on Saturday with the promise that if we liked it, we'd call back to set up an appointment Sunday to work out the details. There was no pressure on the Saturday meeting; it was cordial and easy. As promised we met JC Pagan at 10am on Sunday. I told him what I expected as I didn't want to waste their time or mine with petty negotiations. Mr. Kagan Sharpe also assisted and was polite and accommodating. We reached the number I expected and I'm sure that both gentlemen were happy with the deal. I believe we both got what we were looking for without mistrust or animosity that you might expect from other dealerships. JC and Kagan are fine examples of professional sales representatives that know the product and work hard to help the customer reach their desired outcome. I would definitely recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. They have big tvs and a massage chair--call ahead to find out when the masseuse is there and work around that!!! Good coffee and pastries too! More

great experience buying my auto I contacted the dealer by phone to verify the car was still available at noon on a Saturday and it was their, so I drove in from Jacksonville- after s I contacted the dealer by phone to verify the car was still available at noon on a Saturday and it was their, so I drove in from Jacksonville- after sitting through wreck and wreck and waiting on the freeway forever I finally arrived their around 530pm. I was not in the best of spirits when I arrived. They had held the car for me, even removing the for sale sign so nobody else would buy it; until I got to see it. An hour and a half later I was the proud new owner of my little honda. I would highly reccomend using Jack Peck if you are doing your shopping online, like I did. He is very knowledgeable and even picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealer the next day to pickup my car. Thanks, Jack. Great Customer Service!! More

As soon as I stepped out my car I started to look around and Terry popped up immediately. One of the sweetest associates I've ever dealt with. I kept changing vehicles, finding this one, like that one and he never once seemed upset that I was jumping all over. I explained my special circumstances to him and being a single mom I am on a strict budget. After a few back and forth because I was completely honest with the finance department they were able to get me into a brand new 2016 Toyota Camry sport edition IN MY FAVORITE COLOR. Terry was so amazing. He even helped me clean out my old camry and then he took a picture for me! We all know how important the new car selfie is =) This is the 4th time I have purchased from Toyota since 2003 and this is the 3rd vehicle I have gotten from Wesley Chapel and I will say every single time I purchased a vehicle it was amazing. I was out the door and driving home before 5:30. There'd no doubt that I will be back to Toyota to get my next vehicle! Terry I can't thank you enough and I appreciate you not being judging me on my special situation.
