My fiancee and I have been working with Ross for a few months (due to busy schedules around the holidays) to look at various car options by phone and email and he was the best. Very friendly and informative. When we able to make our appointment we were looking forward to coming in and trading in my fiancee's car. Ross called us early that morning to let us know that he had to call out due to being ill, but referred us to Mike Brockway. Mike was awesome. He was friendly, courteous, and helped us in finding our new car and trading in our old one. He and Ross were a great team. This was not my first purchase from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it will not be the last. Always a great experience. More
