We spoke to every Toyota dealer from Port Richey to Sarasota and east to Lakeland. We were very frustrated with the attitudes of the salesmen and even the general managers - take what we have in stock or leave! Even shopping on line and giving exactly the specs we wanted on our vehicles didn't matter - if it wasn't on the lot, they weren't interested in dealing with us. It was an attitude of shove it down our throats! Finally when the 2016 models were coming out my husband decided to try one more time. Our daughter was in the market for a new vehicle so we tagged her car purchase onto ours and decided to give the one dealership a try that had not been contacted at all to this point - Wesley Chapel Toyota. What a Surprise. And a bigger surprise was the salesman that met us in the lot on our arrival - Richard Jackson. He was very personable, listened to what we wanted and ultimately made a 3 car sale that day.
