Lies and deception. I have never been lied to and manipulated by a bunch of people like I was with these guys , especially with Frank and Will... I tried to leave there on good terms but they reminded me that car salesmen cannot be trusted. Grant it I didn't have the best credit, but they brought me in with false advertising...mileage 13000 when it was really 18000 and a bed cover that they claimed the original owner came back and took it after hours, the entire Ad was wrong which they blamed on Marketing. They seemed sincere enough so I went along with it. The reason I revisited this was because I see that they put the truck ad back up after I decided not to pursue the purchase as they were still pricing it based on the false info that they advertised it with. I guess what bothers me the most is that there isn't a need to xxxxxxxx me, I'm as real as they come and would rather be hurt with truth then with deception, Its deception when you KNOWINGLY put the same Ad with the same exact info that brought me in, pictures and all back up after taking it down the first time I called them on the deception. They immediately blamed it on the company that photographs the cars. I am starting to think that this is a common practice to drag people in to their facility...I say this because Wil Y. didn't miss a beat in lying and covering it up! WCT when you decide to remove the Ad do so with the thought in mind that I have copied everything on the ad, as I did the first time you falsely advertised the truck ...I am still undecided whether or not I will pursue this with an attorney...False advertisement, Shooting my credit info to everyone under the sun and causing my credit score to drop over 30 points!!! This has caused depression, mental anguish, I'm stressed out now. You let me drive off with the vehicle as if I was approved and when I found out and tried to hand it back ( 2 X ) and you reassured me you resolved it! so now the truck has 19,000 miles and you are advertising it as 13000...SHAME ON YOU AND THE OWNERS OF WCT FOR ALLOWING THESE THINGS TO GO ON.... From the minute I walked from the parking lot Vincent greeted me, but was not pushy. After going through and narrowing down what I was looking for, he was able to point me in the right direction. After spending some time with him, he got the price of the car down and a good deal for my trade in. Once we went to Edwin, he was equally as helpful and help lower my payments. Edwin also let me know after a couple of months of paying on time to come back in and they would renegotiate my interest rate. I have to say they went above and beyond. More
The worst experience of car buying - Never step in My friend and I were looking for 2 cars to buy together and I negotiated price with the sales person Eric Riley and the General Sales Manager Hugh Pal My friend and I were looking for 2 cars to buy together and I negotiated price with the sales person Eric Riley and the General Sales Manager Hugh Palmer. My friend and I did not experience the customer service they claim to provide with big shouts on their website in the last 3 days of my experience of dealing with the top management and the sales staff. We were been hackled, Insulted and humiliated and asked to leave the dealership because the top management team could not keep their verbal and written promises given to us. We were buying 2 Toyota Corolla LE from the dealership at an agreed upon price and ready to take the delivery on 3-30-2016 evening but as usual the car dealerships are known for playing games with finance numbers and additional charges in the deal to make more profit for the staff and themselves. They insulted my friend, his wife and me and when asked to meet the Managing Director Patrick Abad of the dealership, the sales staff said he is not available (A Lie) and after 2 minutes he appeared from nowhere to ask us to leave the building and open the door for us (below his dignity) to leave. If this is the attitude and showoff continues, this dealership will surely loose the goodwill it claims to have built over the years as they have lost my friend and me, our friends, families and clients to go and buy or service their vehicles. By the way one of my referral bought 3 vehicles from your dealership and I bought 1 vehicle (From Albert White). The choice is yours, buy from a dealership who does not keep their verbal and written promises or choose the one will respect you and listen to you and keep their promises. I hope and pray “Good Intellect” will prevail with the management, sales, finance and support staff to respect and listen clients patiently and find the solutions to their inquiries, questions to their satisfaction and not to insult and humiliate the very clients they claim to serve as mentioned in their website.
