Purchased a 2016 4Runner SR 5 Premium I was very impressed with the customer service from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Lynn the Sales Manager was extremely helpful because I wanted a particular 4Runner and I live two hours away so she held the vehicle for me till the next day. She even had the 4Runner detailed and text me pictures after they were done detailing it. When I went on my test drive With Jack he was a very sincere person and took the time to show me how all the electrical components worked. When I met Kelly in the finance department to make my deposit and for her to look up my electronic check from my bank, she was very fast and everything went smooth. The life time warranty they offer is a great deal. More
