Your service department didn’t realize we were there for about 30 mins. When I brought the car there they place a time cap on top of the car everyone had a time but ours didn’t. I’ve done oil changes quicker in my garage with no lift. But whatever you guys say. We needed a certified technician to look at it lol aren’t they all certified? Or just some. Anyways thank you for your time and I’m glad I don’t own a Toyota.
