No one calls you back. 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. My battery died twice in a month they say there’s nothing wrong. Second time the battery died they ‘reset’ the computer now LoJack does not work. Called them three times in last three days no calls back always put you into a voicemail. My next stop is my lawyers office. This place is a bunch of scamming con artists and need to be stopped! More
The sales process at Wesley Chapel is very good. I was told the car has been inspected before I bought it but there has been nothing but a headache after I picked it up. It’s a relatively new truck with only 44.000 miles. I give the sales department a good rating but the actual product gives them a one star. I would strongly not consider buying a used car from this place ever again. More

My 2004 Toyota Camry finally bit the dust and had to be towed into the dealership. Rick Davis, Service Representative, had accommodated the emergency admirably, but when the problem was finally diagnosed, I just couldn’t justify the repair cost. So, in a desperate situation and after a stressful week of uncertainty on the service side, I said “send me a sales consultant”. In walked Mike with his friendly personality and a mountain of knowledge and experience to guide me through the process of finding just the right car. With no time to plan or “do my homework”, I was at distinct disadvantage, but Mike was able to clarify my needs and preferences. I had always liked Camrys and owned several, so he went to work checking availability and pricing. His communication via phone, emails and text messages kept me well informed. Tirelessly and pleasantly, he answered my questions. He was honest, straight-forward and patient. I did not feel pressured in making my decision. Lastly, I greatly appreciated the time Mike spent explaining the many features and options on my new 2022 Toyota Camry SE before I drove away. Thanks to Mike, I am one satisfied customer! More

I have not received any called or did not solve the problem very poor customer service. I called them twice but no repose. This is in reference to the RAV4 hybrid XSE I bought from them they charged 4.99 per cent k retest for 36 months instead of 1.99 percent. You contacted them and told me to respond but when I respond them it deletes my response. They say that satisfaction is their priority but I think they lie . I still want to solve this problem . I think I am going to call the consumer complain department in Tallahassee and see what can be done. Every other toyota dealers had 1.9 percent for 36 months at that time but they did not have any inventory. It’s a matter of principle here. Thank you again More
