Came back the next day and chatted with Frank Wargo to see what inventory may be coming in. Eventually my daughter worked her way into a new Corolla that had her grinning ear to ear. I appreciated that Hipolito, Frank and the other WCT staff worked with my teenage daughter treating her as an adult and the customer that mattered and didn't talk past her to me. Highly recommend. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change at 3:00pm came here a few minutes before. 2hours 15 minutes later they are still not done. Then service said they pulled it in about an hour ago and it still i came here a few minutes before. 2hours 15 minutes later they are still not done. Then service said they pulled it in about an hour ago and it still isn’t done. We bought the car here and we’ve been loyal to this location. I just think it’s a little bit messed up that even with an appointment it’s taken this long and still isn’t done. Service needs to do better. More
