I told him what we wanted and was able to show us a great car for our family. He was not pushy at all, listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something we did not want or out of my price range. despite our trade in value. I was able to stay at my same payment but get into new a car, four years newer with warranties. More

Buying many cars over the years, I've always dreaded the car-buying experience because of the pushiness, pressures, anxieties and arrogant attitudes t Buying many cars over the years, I've always dreaded the car-buying experience because of the pushiness, pressures, anxieties and arrogant attitudes that some salesman put on their customers. I stopped by Wesley Chapel Toyota just for a test drive and expecting all the aforementioned attitudes. Got none of it. Chris was just the nicest salesman I've ever dealt with; in fact the whole dealership was full of "customer first" attentiveness that I've not seen in dealerships before. What turned out to be a test drive turned into a purchase of my "new" Prius and I feel great over the whole experience. No butterflies or angst over getting ripped off.
