Am sorry ! But it was more of a greed than a miscommunication. I was called 5 times to negotiate on something that was an offered by Toyota and not the dealership. I even got threatened to either agree within 2 hours or the vehicle will be to someone else. Had it been some other customer, must have agreed under pressure. Luckily this is not my first deal . This is my third deal in 6 years so I know how to handle the pressure. And BTW, why was I charged $699 for Toyota platinum have a free similar coverage under Toyota Care from manufacturer.
