Mike was fantastic! Over and above! I didn't expect to be buying a new car today! I had just started researching and looking around, planning to take a few months to look around. He spent time getting to know me, my preferences, and definitely helped me find the right new car that fit my lifestyle. He was fantastic in taking as much time as I wanted in the test drive and showing me all the features of the car. My time was very tight that day, and Mike took care of all the preparing all the paperwork while I was in other appointments, and then he went way above and beyond by transferring everything from my Sienna to the new Rav 4 while I was completing the paperwork. I returned a couple days later when I had time, and Mike made sure all apps and settings were set up to my preferences. I have to honestly say, I don't typically write reviews on anything, but Mike's service was so amazing, I had to say "THANK YOU!" HUGS!!! More
