Indifferent I stopped in to look at their pre owned inventory. I had just been in a car accident and had money burning a hole in my pocket. (Almost literally, but I stopped in to look at their pre owned inventory. I had just been in a car accident and had money burning a hole in my pocket. (Almost literally, but the insurance check had just been deposited.) I roamed around on the lot with my daughter for around 15 or 20 minutes and while no one likes being pounced on, not one person came to greet me. As I was leaving, I stopped an employee that appeared to be a sales person. Let him know what I was looking for. Told him my timeline (within a week or so, sooner if the right car popped up.) Gave him my business card and asked him to follow up with me........Never heard from him. I had been driving a Camry, which frankly I credit for saving my life in the car accident. I was a stone cold buyer. I was planning on buying another. Just a little effort would have probably sold me a car. Having worked in sales my entire life, I just find this lack of follow up unacceptable. I know that Wesley Chapel Toyota sells lots of cars, but every customer should be taken seriously. More

Great experience.
