I like my car. However, I was sold an extended warranty that was explained to cover everything with "no fine print". Less than a year later, they want to charge $200. and state it only covers oil changes and a nail in the tire. Boy, was a duped!!!! Never connected to a person who said they would call back. Just a long condescending message. I have since learned that multiple people were swindled by Wesley Chapel Toyota, and my experience wasn't a shock to anyone. Still haven't received a call.
