Luis was very helpful, patient and low pressure I liked working with Luis. I was at the dealership back in October and test drove a few RAV4s. (A person needs at least four hours of consecutive time to allot for buying a car.) I was at the dealership from 3:15 pm on Saturday Dec. 17th till around 7:30 pm. They were short on finance manager staff so I had to wait a while for Mr. Rivera to be ready to meet with me. Luis showed and explained the features that I was not familiar with on the RAV4. More
