Truly, the leaders of that dealership put emphasis on having the entire staff show personal commitment to people who stop by to shop for a car. For the experience my family just had at Wesley Chapel Toyota sharing my time writing this review is the least I could do. I have never in my life have had such a wonderful purchasing experience. My wife was looking at the new Highlander. She knew the color that she wanted, but that was about it. We have owned many Toyotas and are a bias to the brand. In our experience they are incredibly reliable and safe. In fact, we even traded in her old Toyota, which had over 150 thousand miles on it and still ran like it was brand new. I could continue the praise of the brand, but this review is really about Wesley Chapel Toyota and their team. Richard Jackson was our sales associate and he was fantastic in every way. Rich was easy to talk to, understanding and attentive to our situation. Most importantly, he worked hard to develop a relationship with us enabling him to custom tailor the car buying experience to our needs. The focus was on us through out the entire process. He has earned my business for many years to come. Patrick Abad is the managing partner, but you would never know it unless you looked it up on the website. We met Patrick by complete chance on the lot and thought he was another sales associate. This man puts the customer First!! He is top notch and runs the business that way. All other dealerships in the area should take notice that Wesley Chapel Toyota has a winning formula that starts with Patrick. The highest complement I can give is about a person’s character. Richard Jackson and Patrick Abad of Wesley Chapel Toyota are honest and genuine men. Their class and professionalism goes far beyond expectation. They are both truly First Class individuals. I can’t thank them both enough for the care, honesty, and integrity they gave to our family. Here’s the deal. The whole team at Wesley Chapel Toyota is awesome from the top down.
