Purchased my Rav 4 new from this dealership in 2016. The car has never been anywhere else for service because I know that I can count on them to do routine maintenance and repairs correctly the first t The car has never been anywhere else for service because I know that I can count on them to do routine maintenance and repairs correctly the first time. I drive a lot and my car now has 172,000 miles and still runs like new. Rick was my service person and he was attentive and professional. The only negative aspect of service there is the amount of time it takes to get a simple oil change. That needs to take less time. More
