Great experience but Poor customer service The Purchase experience was great on 5/12/18 with Kimberly she was awesome and knowledgable. On 5/13/18 Customer Service was Poor. Was not able to insure the car since the VIN did not match the vehicle. The car purchased BLUE. All the paperwork indicated RED. I called 4 times from 9:48 last call was on 12:18, the receptionist said the manager could not take my call he was busy (ask her his name when I went there he never came out to apologize). I went in person was very upset that not even 24 hours of purchasing this vehicle no one has time to speak to you, My mothers day was ruined we could not go to Orlando it was late by the time I left this place, my reservation ha to be canceled. The paper work has been updated and today Chad called to say it will take 30 days to get the registration of this vehicle. The temporary Registration shows RED, I don't have a copy of the temporary registration or updated. If I get stopped I have nothing to show. I would like to get a copy sent to the email provided. More

Just a happy coustomer As I came to Wesley Chapel Toyota I had no idea that I would walk out so happy and impressed. I walked up and Michael Grega approached me he introduced his self, and then asked me what can he do for me and I showed him the car that I seen online which was a 2007 Toyota Camry we took it for a test ride and then yep I didn’t get a approved for that car he came back and was like I can get You approved for an 2018 Toyota Corolla brand new at first I was definitely unsure I came in there with a set price of how much I would be willing to spend and he definitely understood all my needs and I just love how he wasn’t the pushy sell person like if you walk away from this deal it’s gonna be gone he was like if you need time to think about it that’s cool he was so nice. Then I started to think and calculate my cost in Uber back and fourth to work then I started to think it’s a brand new car with only 2 thousand miles on it never been leased to anyone so I took it and I’m very happy how above and beyond Michael Grega and I think the person who did all my financial paper work was name Matt he was very nice.
