Not a pleasant experience I felt bullied into my lease, when I said I thought I'd like to change my mind, the sales person made me feel like i was being ungrateful and very int I felt bullied into my lease, when I said I thought I'd like to change my mind, the sales person made me feel like i was being ungrateful and very intimidating in a many ways. That everything was already being done ...new car was gassed up and cleaned, finance person was already working on the paperwork. I felt like I couldn't go backwards or stop the process. Then after I was told the price was set in stone, no money down needed but the extra coverage charges came out, ending up having to put down $1000.00 that i never wanted to and that made it worse, I felt like I was screwed over once again. I've been sick to my stomach since Saturday and feel like I've made a huge mistake. Now I'm stuck for the next 3 years with a vehicle I'm truly not happy I even have. Thanks for nothing, you may want to tell your sales people to be a little more compassionate for the customer and not just there to make a commission, if I could change it all back I would and go back to Honda, also I know you own both places, so why would they tell me the folks at Honda would never do as good a deal as Toyota...im sorry I don't usually say much but this whole experiece has been horrible. More
