I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of I had a great experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota! I had a scheduled appointment with Waseam Khalaf. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles that we discussed, as well as his knowledge of the company. He was very attentive to my questions, he wasn't the "pushy" salesman that you often run into and he made me feel important and, most importantly, like family. He also believes in the business and the product he is selling. I was very comfortable spending a large part of the day with Waseam. After discussing different vehicles, looking at different vehicles and test driving the RAV4, Waseam took me on a tour of the dealership. He told me about all the emenities that come with visiting the dealership during routine service of your vehicle, including the nail tech on Mondays and Wednesdays, the massage therapist on Tuesdays and Thursdays and the shuttle service if you need to run errands while your vehicle is being serviced. I think that is awesome! He also took me to see the the service department. It was very impressive! I couldn't believe how clean the entire place was as well as the state of the art equipment that is used in the facility. After touring the service department, Waseam showed me all of WC Toyota's awards and achievements which were, at this point, no surprise to me. He also pointed out the charities that Toyota contributes to as well as the volunteer work that members of the Toyota family participate in. This was very endearing to me. When he showed me the Moffitt showcase, that touched my heart deeply. I am proud to say that I am a part of the Moffitt team and I am very appreciative of Toyota's support in cancer research. Thank you! My entire experience at WC Toyota, from start to finish, was exceptional. Thank you so much for making me feel like family! Thank you, Waseam, for helping me to find my perfect vehicle!
