To make matters worse, I was sold the car with the promise that I would receive the 2nd key from the dealership in 1 month. Six months later, I still don't have a 2nd key. I spent $40K on a brand new vehicle & only have 1 key! It's breach of contract & since I can't get anyone at the dealership to return my calls or help with this, I have to contact an attorney now. I was trying to buy a work truck for my 16 years old and for me, looking for a good deal. I accepted a lot of charges that I didn't know were exaggerated until the deal was closed. Friends and family reviewed the contract when I returned with the car and all of them were agree. They manipulated my decisions but also, I understand that I allowed them to do it. Chargers like $900 for LoJack,$900 Perma Plate,$1826 for reconditioning and inspection, $1199 Doc fee, plus taxes and tag fee created a total of $19706.20 that I accepted under emotions and unknowledge. I accept my responsibility but at the end, I felt like they were not honest, they just added inexistent /hidden fees and still, after all, I had to change the air filter and fix some loose screws that were not fixed in the "$2000 paid for inspection" and I still don't know how many other surprises I will find in the near future. Is sad how can this place can get advantage from women like me. I hope this review, can help others and try to go with a person prepared to help you to understand all those marked up fees, if you are planning to buy a car on this place. Thank you. More

I've had better experiences at a buy here pay here lot! Not impressed! They ruined my credit score I worked over 2 years on improving. It went from a 721 and now I'm back down to a 560!!! I didnt have 1 late payment until they took over 2 weeks to pay off my trade in and since I was paying weekly my credit got dinged for a late payment and I had to make a payment on a car I no longer owned technically! Then they put over 15 hard inquiries trying to get me financed for double the sales price and I've sat in their service lounge far too long and not even had the oil changed, which I shouldn't even need yet, I've had the car less than 3 months and haven't even put 1000 miles on it! So if you did the oil change prior to selling it to me, like you said it had when I asked, then why would it say it needs one already? And that's another $80 minimum. The air bag warning light came on, another $175 diagnostic fee to see what's going on with the air bag not working! the battery died, the radio doesn't nor has it ever worked and they promised to look at it and now their saying it's going to be another $175 to look at it. The rear wiper fluid never worked. And when I mentioned it they tried to turn it on like I hadn't tried already or maybe they thought I didn't know how to operate the wipers? They charged me $1k for the Lojack and told me it would give me a discount on my insurance and not one penny comes off of your insurance for the Lojack, it's more so they know where to come steal it back from if you miss a payment and they have access to everywhere that car goes, how fast it goes, etc! I had a $5k trade in and put $1k down and I somehow still owe more than the sale price! It's like they couldn't get 20k financed on a 11k sale price so they are just going to have to get it out of you any other way I guess? I've placed many calls and left numerous voicemails, not one call back. I left messages with an actual person and she said she would personally give it to the sales and service manager, nope, no one single person has contacted me back. I don't see how their motto is exceptional service when I can't seem to even get any service, it's been the worst! I made an appointment for an oil change and waited almost 4 hours and then the service technician said he was waiting for the sales rep to talk to me about my radio, ok and why wouldn't I have wanted the oil changed which is why I came in while you were "waiting" for the sales rep to talk to me? I thought going to a dealership I wouldn't have to worry, that they would be better organized and professional. I've had to ask several times just for a copy of my sales contract, which he used the floor as a filing system! How professional is it when you walk into the financing department and see other customers files all over the floor with shoe prints on them! I had to go back 2 other times just to get my contract completed and signed again and it wasn't completed for 2 weeks, because he had a wedding to go to he forgot to tell me he wouldn't be there and/or reschedule me, then the 2nd time we scheduled for me to come back he was out sick, which I understand, but I don't exactly live close by either and technically I was driving a car around that wasn't even mine yet for 2 weeks! Then they misinformed me on the timeframe for transferring the insurance and my license and registration had a sanction placed on it to be suspended. I feel like they will do and say anything to sell you on a vehicle but when you actually need assistance, well, good luck! I could go on, but I'm honestly exhausted with this car and this dealership and I'm barely only 2 payments in! More
