I went in to service my 2016 Toyota/Scion and literally left with a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I had Walter Nenadovic as a salesman (all i wanted was INFORMATION on a trade in) I walked out with a brand new car. Walter was AMAZING, he is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he LOVES what he does for a living. I had a pleaseant experience, Walter was a very nice man, he even bought me snacks from the vending machine because he overheard me tell my mother on the phone that I was hungry. He checked in on me a couple times while I was in financing and made sure I was ok. Outstanding customer service from Toyota!! I recommended Toyota to all my family and friends.
